Quick answers

How do I reset my password?

Select “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, then follow the email verification steps. Never share your password or one-time code.

Can a parent read a child’s private Tumaini messages?

No. Parents receive privacy-safe wellbeing summaries and access controls. Private child conversations are not shown to parents or teachers.

Why can’t my child open a game?

Games require a current wellbeing check-in and may pause when a parent-set screen-time limit is reached. Tumaini and other supportive features remain available.

What should I do if someone may be in immediate danger?

Contact local emergency services immediately. In Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda, children can also call 116 for the free national child helpline.

Need more help?

Send a general question, feedback, or partnership enquiry to the authorised Cheza4Afya Akili team. Do not include private child conversations in your message.
